Dear Sir:
We recently wrote you re-
garding captioned subject, who
was a badly wanted fugitive, be-
lieved to have kidnapped a
young woman and her daughter
in Cumberland, Maryland. I wish
to inform you Hoss was appre-
bended October 4, 1969, at Wa-
terloo, Iowa, in possession of the
1969 Pontiac belonging to Linda
Peugeot, who disappeared Sept-
ember 22, 1969. Unfortunately,
neither Mrs. Puegeot or her two
year old daughter have been
located to date. If your paper
should receive any information
concerning these victims, I
would appreciate it very much
if you would contact the Dallas
Office. Thank you for your co-
operation in this matter. Very
truly yours, J. Gordon Shanklin,
Special Agent in Charge.
