day dessolved by mutual consent. The
said Clayton selling unto the said Kling-
ler all his interest in said partnership
and retiring from tbe same. All debts
and demands due from the firm will be
paid by the said Klingler and all debts
and credit due said firm are to be paid to
the said Klingler who will continue the
business under tbe old name of the “Star
