cure it you must take internal rem

on the blood and mucous surfaces.
Hall's Catarrh Cure is not a quack
medicine. It was prescribed by
one of the best physicians in this
country for years and is a regular
prescription. It is composed of
the best tonies known, combined

Many eople do not realize the
true spirit of Christmas giving.
Chhristmas day will find many
people almost sick from worry
and work brought on by trying
to select soething that would
please those to whom they gave
gifts. We would rather have the
smallest gift from a friend or
loved one, given with the spirit
which Christ himself would wish
than to have gifts of great value
from those who only seek a self-
ish gain, or with a motive of win-
ning our admiration. It is far
better not to give at all than to
give selfishly.
------0--
There was a time when the glare
of the electric lights attracted the
boy from the farm and it appear-
ed that the country life had no
charms for the coming generation
but things are rapidly changing,
and today the opportunities for
the farmer are greater than ever
before. The world is appealing to
the farmer fo feed. All kinds of
produce raised on the farm is sell-
ing for a price never dreamed of.
and the man who owns a little
farm should be the happiest man
in the world. He has nothing to
worry about. If he has a few good
rows a poultry yard and a pig
pen, he has an income that will
keep him independently comfort-
able, and things will continue to
come his way regardless of who is
who in politics.
