Plans for a Christmas Dance
to be held Saturday night at the
Moose Lodge were made during
a meeting of the WOTM Tues
day night. Shirlene Vince pre-
sided. Comstock will play for the
dance, which begins at 9
o'clock. All members and guests
are invited to attend.
Appreciation was expressed
for the work that Pat and Vicky
Anderson did in decorating the
Lodge for the dance and the
Christmas party for children to
be held tomorrow (Friday) night
from 7 to 9. Santa Claus will be
present to visit with all the
children.

night's meeting were Roberta
Hand, Dorothea More-head,
Joyce Mahan. Louise Wilson,
Laura Gray. Bess Thomas,

A farewell party for Nellie
Maye Killebrew. who moved
recently to Pampa, was held by
her Sunday school class and the
Guild Circle of the Methodist
Church in the home of Agnes
Adams, Thursday evening, De-
cember 10.
The guests told of Christmas-
es they vividly recall and sang
carols, accompanied on the gui-
tar by Louise Crowell.
All brought contributions to
the refreshment table.

Annual Hospital Christmas party
is held there Tuesday evening
and

The annual Hemphill County
Hospital Christmas party was
held Tuesday evening at the
hospital. Attending were mem-
bers and families of the hospital
medical staff, governing board
and hospital staff.
A buffet meal was served
after which Santa Claus made
an appearance, presenting bags
of fruit and candy to the children
present. He also visited and
gave gifts to all the pediatric
patients in the hospital.
Present from the medical staff
were Dr. Malouf and Therese
Abraham and Jason, Dr. Teddy
and Halina Darocha, Dr. Rush
and Rachel Snyder; from the
governing board. Mr. and Mrs.
