The serv ices at the Methodist
church, Sunday morning, as usu-
al. well attended, from opening
to closing, the Choir singing was
charmingly sweet and attractive,
the service-prayer impressive,
while the sermon by the beloved
pastor. Rev. Webb, decidedly in-
structive and mo t entertainiir^
throughout, the marked attention
of the congregation evidencing
its pleasing features. At conclu-
sion of sermon, the Lord's Sup
per was served, nearly every one
present partaking, after which,
an appropriate, feeling benedic-
tion was given, and the happy,
well pleased congregation left for
their respective homes.
At the night service, about the
same size congregation of morn-
ing was present, the Choir sing-
ing and other services, interest-
ing, while the sermon of Pastor
Webb, was generally spoken of
as simplv grand and eloquently
delivered.
