The recently organized Women's
Civic Club is to have a social ai the
Marland Community hall Friday af-
ternoon.
This club is comprised of local
women who have the interest of
Borger at heart and are anxious to
effect a general condition of im
provement in the city.
The activity of a club of this kind,
which is of material interest to any
city of like size and rapid civic pro
tress, will no doubt attract attention
by its future achievements, as the
members have plans under advise-
ment which will require time to ma-
terialize, but. when enacted will
prove the merits of its members.
