DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the following General and Special
Laws and Resolutions passed at the Second Called Session of
the Sixty-Ninth Legislature of the State of Texas, convened the
6th day of August, 1986, and adjourned on the 4th day of Sep-
tember, 1986, have been compiled and printed under the direc-
tion of the Secretary of State.
