sary to recognize the second stage of the
three-year transition program and to update
any payroll offests to maintain proper pre-
mium levels.

attorney general Opinion JM-304 and op-
tiotis available to the board. The commit-
tee also will meet in executive session under
the authority of Texas Civil Statutes, Arti-
cle 6252-17, as related to Article 4495b,
4.05(d) and 5.06(e)(1), and attorney
general opinion H-484, 1974. The meeting
originally was scheduled to be held at 11:30
a.m. on the same day.
