OBITUARY
IOLA PLEASANT of 123 South Mesquite was born in
Round Rock, Texas to Monroe and Amanda Daniels.
She confessed faith in Christ at an early age at Good Hope
Baptist Church in Round Rock, Texas, where she completed
her high school education.

Late on moving to San Antonio she united with Second
Baptist Church under the pastorage of Reverend Brent,
later under the leadership of her present Pastor, Reverend
S. H. James, where she remained until her death January
29, 1982.
She was a dedicated Christian and devoted wife.
She served with various auxiliaries of the church, namely:
Deacon and Trustees Wives, Matron's Guild and the
Willing Workers.
She was a friend to all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. L. V. Pleasant; two
sisters, Beatrice Williams of San Antonio, Texas, Delia David-
son of Austin, Texas, along with nieces, nephews and a host
of other relatives and friends.
