013. Record Keeping and Reporting Required of
Water ,S'vsterns Any owner or operator at a public water
system subject to the provisions of this part shall retain
the water system premises or at a convenient location
near the premises the following records:
(e) Any owner or operator of a public water
system subject to the provisions of this part is requiredto report to the state the results of any test. measure-
ment. or analysis required to be made by these stan-
dards within 40 days following such test. measurement,
or analysis
.016. Exc'ptions. to These, S'tandazrds. These stan-
dards shall apply to each public water system, unless
the public water system meets all of the following condi-
tions:
a) consists only of distribution and storage
facilities and does not have any collection and treat-
ment facilities);
(h) obtains all of its water from. but is not owned
or operated by. a public water system to which such
standards apply;
Ic) does not sell water to any person: and
(d) is not a carrier which conveys passengers in
interstate commerce.
