held in Roswell onlhe 5th, 6th and
7th of October, hit signed a con-
tract with an eastern aviation com-
pany calling for one flight daily of
Curtiss aeroplanes. |The«e machines
will be operated Aviators Mc-
Carty and Wetzig, the latter being
an aviator of national repute, who
starred in the recerlt aviation meet
at St. Louis. These machines will
be the first ever exhibited and flown
in New Mexico and will be of great
interest to the large number of peo-
ple on this side of the new state who
have never seen an aeroplane tly.
The flights will be held daily at the
Fair Grounds at Rostrell all three
days of the big Exposition, and the
contract calls for a gftiuine flight or
money back.
