"THE GIANT OF MARATHON"
Starting next week at post theaters will be The Giant of
Marathon starring Steve Reeves.
The story centers around the Herculean efforts of Reeves
and his band of Olympic champions in thwarting the attempts
of Persian hordes to invade Athens both by land and sea.
Steve Reeves has starred in such previous spectacle films
as "Hercules" and "Goliath and the Barbarians".
Co-starring with Reeves is the beautiful French star Mylene
Demongeot and just as lovely Italian star Damela Rocca.
Filmed in CinemaScope and in color by
it is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. It can be
enjoyed by the entire family.
"JAILHOUSE ROCK"
Elvis is back and we've got him. Don't miss this special
"Welcome Home" showing that everyone is requesting.
He sings seven of his biggest hits Jailhouse rock Treat Me
Nice Young and Beautiful I Wanna Be Free Don't Leave Me
Now and Baby I Don't Care One More Day.
His role in this picture is for Elvis a strong and dramatic one.
He proves himself a real scrapper in one of the most realistic
fight sequences ever staged for a movie.
"CHARTROOSE CABOOSE"
Starring Molly Bee and Ben Cooper with Edgar Buchanan
co-starring how can this picture be a miss? Fact is it can't.
The "Chartroose" makes Molly's third motion picture. In this
latest dramatic effort in which she sings two new song hits
she* is linked romantically with Ben Cooper with both youngsters
being abetted in their elopement. Do they succeed having to
elude her father the police and getting involved in several other
episodes? Well I'm afraid you'll just have to go see the picture
to find that out. Believe me you will enjoy every bit of it
Welcome Home Elvis! Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer presents his big
hit "Jailhouse Rock" in celebration of Elvis Presley's return
to civilian life from his service in the V. S. Army. Here he Is
