All Adjutant General offices catering to. individual administrative services
will be manned continuously between 7:30 and 4*30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The lunch hour will be adjusted so as to permit this continuous service schedule.
Unit commanders will publicize these office hours and permit their personnel to
liave sufficient time to take care of personal administrative matters during the
above hours as rrray be most convenient for the individual and unit. Individuals
may be released by the unit commander to visit administrative offices at any
time during duty hours except for periods of scheduled mandatory
nated as such by higher headquarters. Administrative office chiefs will establish
procedures to handle walk-in personnel on a priority basis.

LEGAL COUNSEL
At Ft. Hood legal counsel is available to military personnel and eligible depen
dents 24 hours per day. 7 days a week. Normallyy legal problems are handled
by appointment during normal duty hours scheduled for the mutual convenience
of client and counsel: however personnel needing immediate assistance will be
taken care of on a walk-in basis. During off-duty hours an attorney will always
be available on an on-call basis. These individuals' names will be furnished to
the in Corps and each division duty officer and the chaplain duty officer and
they can always be contacted by those needing assistance.

16th of each month) are payable not later than the last day at the month
and are declared delinquent if payment is not received in the Finance & Ac
counting Office (Building 11) by the 10th of the month following the month billed.
Where payyment is made by mail checks or money orders must arrive in the
Finance & Accounting Office not later than 4 p.m. on the 10th of the month
to preclude the service member being delinquent.
2. As a convenience to customers the cashier win remain on duty in the
Finance & Accounting Office after normal duty hours until 6 p.m. on every
duty day from the 1st through the 9th of the month.
