DIVISION 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
31 TAC 51.601
The amendment is proposed under Parks and Wildlife Code,
11.062, which authorizes the chairman of the commission to
appoint committees to advise the commission on issues under
its jurisdiction; and Government Code, Chapter 2110, which re-
quires that rules be adopted regarding each state agency advi-
sory committee.
The proposed amendment affects Parks and Wildlife Code,
Chapter 11.
51.601. General Requirements.

(d) Expiration of advisory committee. Unless expressly pro-
vided in this subchapter or other law, each department advisory com-
mittee will expire on the expiration date established for each advisory
