who are to hie complaints with the county

against all parties who refuse to perform
requisite service on all public roads through
their neighborhood.

struck a push ear of railroad iron which

track and failed lo flag the above men-
tioned train in time lie being only about

fireman fell under the wheels and car
both legs were horribly crushed his back
broken and a severe cut upon his head.
He was brought to Hawkins where he had
every attention that could be given him.
