From a Texan to Texas
People.
BUaUEEIEKlMrVaBSU
Major George W. Littlefield Banker Land Owner and Cat-
tleman of Austin Texas has decided to place on the market the
famous Yellow House Ranch lecated in the Shallow Water Belt
of the South Plains of Texas. 70000 acres of this tract has been
surveyed and staked not an acre over 6 miles from the Santa Fe
trans-continental line from ocean to gulf. We will have an ad-
vanced sale of land and town lots on 13 and 14 of March 1913.
Opportunity knocks once. Its up to the people of Texas to heed
this knock. Terms on the land as follows 10 years time 6 per
cent interest. Small cash payment which will enable you to im-
prove same. If you raise and preserve your feed we will sell you
high grade Hereford cattle out of the FAMOUS L F D or Yel-
low House herd for feeding you pay for the cattle when sold.
When purchaser will agree to move upon said land and make
it his home and place improvements thereon to the value of S500
said improvements to include a residence and cultivate as much
40 acres during 1913 we will waive cash payment and waive in-
terest until January 1914.
Terms on lots in the town of LITTLEFIELD one third cash and
balance in one two and three years with interest at 8 per cent
payable annually. This is a home proposition you know it will
never be duplicated. Fully 3 milion dollars has been invested in
the Shallow Water Belt in the past few months. The cream wlil
soon be skimmed. The enormous development during the next
year will boost the price skywards and lands in this immediate
section will continue lo advance.
The town of LITTLEFIELD is destined to be a town of no little
importance being located in the largest level fertile farm belt
in the world. In this broad expanse of country there must some
day stand a city. Plans are being perfected. You had better
go on the above date. Buy tickets to Hale Center. You will be
driven across the country 35 miles in autos. Price for the round
trip by auto S4.00. Fill out the coupon and mail it to C. H.
White Plainv iew Texas today.
Mr. C. II White i'l.unview Trx.i: P Je.Te revetve for rr.e n 'rat in the auto to
make round ti p to I.I I I l.I.l li.I.I) on day of March I'M 3. a I wish to at
tend the advan e sal.- of land and town hit on th date.
