The engineers say that the companies

Collin county It was recommended

over tbe Love contingent. Cole is for
Lyon.

After summing up the days work
and some few counties yet to be set-
tled the Indications point to the suc-
cess of Lyon. thouh there are enough
uulnstrueted votes to control the con
ventlon.

rear cad of an Iron Mountain train
at Cherokee station and fell through
a trestle Into a creek. The train was
