School Opening.
The Linden school opened to
begin its new years work yester-
day, and judging from the inter-
est manifested by the teachers,
trustees, patrons and pupils we
bespeak for the school a very
successful term this year.
Devotional exercises were con-
ducted by Rev. W. S. Easterling,
after which some splendid talks
were made by Supt. Seaborn
