way again Ideas like this or these
never build a community. As a mat

who travel over roads from a distance

country that has better advantages

It is a narrow mlndsd person who has
no higher ideal of life than to hope
folks who do not live in this particu-
lar section and .are merely riding
around will got a good jolt every time
they come this way People who have
minds of this kind are not conatruc-
tive and if a majority of the people
were that way it wouldn't be long un-
til the people of -every locality in
which they predominate would he
getting up on mornings and going to
the house of a neighbor to borrow a
chunk of fire with which -to cook
breakfast. People like this don't cut
a tree out of the road when it hap-
pens to fall across it they drive
around the tree and let it remain:

county and stays one day spends more
or less money. True he or they dc
not spend money with everybody but
money spent at a garage a hotel a

as the word was used recently. The
day will come when the roads of this
county will have to be fixed in a per-
