from five until eight in the home
of Mrs. Horace Hampton. Co-hos

The receiving line included Mrs.
Hampton, the honored couple,
and their mothers.
The table where the guests reg-
istered was graced with a minia-
ture bride and groom and an ar-
rangement of narcissus.
Colors in the dining room were
the bride-elect's chosen ones, pink
and white. The table was laid
with a white net cloth over pink.
Pink satin ribbon was caught in
the center with a cluster of
small white mums and wedding
bells.
A lovely white floral arrange-
ment was used on the table. Tall
white tapers burned in crystal
candelabra at the base o f which
1 was a cluster of mums. Pink par-
ty punch and assorted cookies,
mints, and nuts were served. The
buffet held a beautiful dried ar-
rangement in pink flanked by
pink tapers. Other rooms were
decorated in the Christmas motif.

and family spent the weekend

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Floyd of
Daingerfield have a new baby
| daughter born last week. She has
! been named Suzanne.
