Description

In this photograph there are a group of people standing under trees near a field. In the foreground, there are two people sitting on horseback; the young woman in the front is wearing a checkered dress and bonnet while the young man behind her is wearing a loose white shirt and a cowboy hat. The horse that the woman is sitting on is dark with a white stripe down the middle of its face. Behind them to the left, there are several people standing in a group in the shade of a tree. There are at least four adults standing and several children kneeling on the ground. Directly behind them, there is a wagon hitched to a horse. The wagon has a canvas across the top but is open on the sides which shows that it is full of unknown objects. The area is covered in tall grass and there is are trees in the distance. A handwritten note on the back of the photograph says, "Mrs. Ed Jones representing Elma [...]."
