Signal-Citizen subscribers are
asked to notify the subscription
department promptly of any
changes in their addresses. Under
the new postal laws, newspapers
and periodicals must pay postage
due for notices of any changes in
address furnished by the post of-
fice. In addition, there is also the
problem of delay in delivery or
failure to get the paper. The best
plan is to send the change of ad-
dress in advance.
