Sheriff J. W. Collins return
h;1 Sunday from AUmogordo,
N. M., with Andy Messer, who
was indicted here in J890 for
theft of cattle and who eluded
arrest until Sheriff Collins
located him in New Mexico and
procured his arrest under re-
quisition from the governor.
The case will be called in the
