bany, on the Toxas Central R. R., and sold nearly all of it in
30 days, to good substantial farmers. We also sold a good
part of the "Waters" ranch, situated near Moran, to farmers.
We, intend to work to settle 1000 families additional in this
section the year 1906. It is the farmers that build up a coun-
try—not the big pasture man, and the time lias come when
tne latter must give way to the
great nation builders of the world.
