38 attend Lawrence family reunion
Thirty-eight relatives and
four guests attended the ninth
cousins reunion of descendants
of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Lawrence.
Williard and Frances Law-

and Mrs. Leo Welch of Albany
received gifts of a bridal bou-
quet and boutonniere for over 60
years of marriage. Carey and
Taixtmy Clark received a framed

MILDRED HOWARD
Mildred Clore Howard, 83, of
Albany, died Monday, April 26,
1999 at Bluebonnet Nursing
Center. Graveside sen-ices were
held Wednesday, April 28 at'
Albany Cemetery with the Rev.
Brian Cope officiating. Services
were under the direction of God-
frey-Neese Funeral Home.
Mrs. Howard was born Sep-
tember 19,1915 in Pope County,
Illinois. She was a homemaker
and a member of the Church of
Christ.
She is survived by one daugh-,
ter and son-in-law, Norma'
Patricia and Bobby.Garren of
Albany; three grandchildren,
Stephanie Garren Welsh of Dal-
las, Stephen Earl Garren of
Hurst arid Stacy Guy Garren of
Albany; six great-grandchildren;
iihe nephew; and one niece.
Moran G-T students
being married the shortest
length of time.
Door prizes were won by Char-
lotte Lawrence of Aransas Pass,
Ken Thomas of Azle and Monroe
Lawrence of Clyde.
