children, a boy aod girl, with the aid
of a dog, who killed a large wolf last
week, on the old Capt. Given ranch,
now owned by Judge J. A. Matthews.

from the house to a tank to fish, when
the wolf was spied by the dog, the
two engaged in a fight and the child-

clubs until they killed it.
