LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
TULIA TEXAS AND FIXING
THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION

1 Be It ordained by the City
Council of the City of Tulia Texas
that on and after the 25th dny of
Juno 1028 It shall bo unlawful
for any person or persons corporation
or firm to koop or cause to
bo kept within the corporate limits
of the City or Tulia any swlno
or hogs
2 Any person or persons linn
or corporation found guilty of a
violation of this ordinance shall
bo guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction shall bo lined in
any sum uol loss than one dollar
and not more than twontytlvu
dollars and each day that said
swlno or hogs shall be so kept
