Raius and snow during tho

nccordlng to J W Miller who
has a government gauge and
keeps records as to rainfall thru
out the year
Whllo wo have not tho figures
from his records ycjt unofficially
the amounts In rain ran over two
Inches at his place northoast of
town and the snow that fell last
week accounted for more than an
Inch of moisture as tCBtod by Mr
Miller
Last weeks snow fell without
a traco of breozu to causo it to
drift and it was a very wet snow
and it amounted to four to seven
indict nccordlng to estimates from
different sections of tho county
Much of it melted ns it fell as
tho ground was not frozou
As a result of tho November

is looking fine and there is
now moisture enough to carry
tho crop well along toward spring
Tho past ten days have been
cloudy with sunshine only a little
whllo at Intorvals thus nllow
