Latin American Ministerial Scholarship: The Missions Division of the Baptist
General Convention of Texas makes available scholarships to Latin American
ministerial students attending Baptist Colleges in Texas. Scholarships are
based on $8 per semester hour. Applications can be obtained by writing to the
Director, Missions Division, Baptist General Convention of Texas, 304 Baptist
Building, Dallas, Texas 75201.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank London Memorial Scholarship Fund: Established by Mr.
and Mrs. Charles F. London of Corpus Christi, Texas, in memory of Mr. London's
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank London of Robstown, Texas.
Charles A. and Ella Luzzi Scholarship: An endowed scholarship established
to aid worthy students who are sincere Christians and active members of a Baptist
Church.
William and Mary Lynch Scholarship: An endowed scholarship established
by Mr. and Mrs. Lynch to help worthy students.
Amanda McDonough Memorial Scholarship: Endowed scholarship established
by her daughter, Mrs. Beth McDonough Gammage. Earnings from the
fund are to be used for worthy students and administered by the Financial Aid
Committee.
Moselle Salle Mann Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship was established
to aid one or more worthy students to attend Howard Payne University.
Annie and Milton Miller Memorial Scholarship Fund: Established by the late
Lena Miller Hankamer of Houston, in memory of her parents and designated for
the purpose of "providing scholarships for worthy young men and women who
are dedicated to a lofty purpose in life." Application may be made through the
office of Student Aid.
C. O. Mitchell Memorial Fund: An endowed scholarship established to aid
ministerial students.
Rev. David R. Morrison Scholarship Fund: Established by friends and relatives
in memory of Rev. Morrison to assist worthy students.
Merle Compton Nash: Endowed scholarship to be used for Music Scholarships.Nathan's Jewelers (Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Donsky) Scholarship Fund: A general
scholarship fund established by Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Donsky of San
Angelo, in memory of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Donsky and Mr. and
Mrs. Kalman Frankrich, and designated for deserving and needy students at
Howard Payne University.40
