For A Better Road.
The attention of the Tribune
has been called to tho condition
of the road just beyond Clark
street, leading to Indian Creek
and in turn, the TiunnNE will
call the attention of the business
men and Commissioner Vernon
to same. Tnero is hardly a time
that the road is in good shape,
and at present it is almost im-
possible. In the first place the
road needs widening in order
thataoutvert oan be built. As
the matter now stands there isi
not even room enough to ditoh '
the road. The Tribune hopes'
that the matter will be taken up
by the proper ones, and a good
road built at that point. The
farmors who come in that way
demand it, and the business men
of Bartlott are standing in their
own light if they do not seo that
conditions are bettered, ,
