Junior Play Promises
Fun and Excitement
Things really begin to happen
when Maribeth. Johnson as Patty
Blaine, the teen-ager with a desire
to be a woman-of-the-world, com-
pletes her novel.
Patty is aided by her best friend,
Ida May, portrayed by Jill Holmes,
and by her boy-friend, Tod, Jerry
Fruitt. Tod accidentally sits on
the borrowed typewriter that Patty
has been using, a situation that is
made worse by the fact that the
typewriter was borrowed from the
office of the nigh school principal,
Mr. Nixon, played by Bob Hayley,
without his knowledge. In order
to pay for the damaged typewrit-
er, Patty sends her novel to the
local newspaper for publication,
but, instead of the novel, through
a mix up, her diary is sent. The
complications that result provide
much humor and excitement in the
play, •Tattle - Tale" that will be
presented by the Junior Class in
the High School auditorium Thurs-
day evening, March 2, at 7:30 p.m.
