In order to facilitate the collection
and dispatoh of mall matter on rural
routes, particularly during the Im-
pending holiday season, all first- and
(third-class mall matter deposited in
rural letter boxes for cellectlon by
the carrier should have stamps af-
fixed at the pre/per rate of postage.
