operations when the elevator, used
to lower the pipe to the rtg floor,
unlatched. The Joint of pipe, thus
rebjised, fell on the contractor,
crashing his skull.
Although badly mangled, the vie*

year 1947. This Is s very Impor-
tant "matter to the schools and It
Is hoped that the enumerator will
receive full cooperation from all
parents In the district.
The state per capita apportion-
ment will be made on the basis of
the school census roll and under
■provisions of pending legislation in
the Legislature at Austin, this will
mean $56.00 lost for the schools on
every child between the age of six
and 18 years that is not enumerat-
ed.
