wards of a lifetime of devotion be-
tween husband and wife.
The couple moved from Honey
Grove to Blair, Oklahoma where
' they settled on a homestead. They
lived at BJair 10 years and moved
to Wheeler County, arriving at
their new home at midnight as
the bells of the town , of Wheeler
signalled the ending of the year Of
1908 and the beginning of IMS.
Three daughters were bom to the
Barrs. Mrs. J. C. Bradstreet, of
Wheeler, Mrs. L. R. Miller of Pear-
sall, and Mrs. Henry Greenhouse
of Wheeler. Mr. Barr lived to the
age of 82 years and 3 daya Sur-
vivors are his wife and three daugh-
ters and one brother, Mr. Charlie
Lewis Barr of Hot Springs, N. M.
Pour grandchildren and one great
grandchild also survive.
Mr. Barr was an outstanding
citizen, admired and loved by a
multitude of friends.
