Let’s Make Wheeler County IOO10
ALL FOR GOVERNOR
•JS*
It is now generally conceded that Senator Clint
C. Small will be in the run-off for Governor of
Texas. Tired of the muddle that has character-
ized Texas politics in past years, a rapidly in-
creasing host of citizens are being attracted to
the man who says, “Let’s Adjourn Politics and
Develop Texas.”
These supporters in East Texas, Central Texas
and North Texas are depending upon us here
at home to present a solid and unbroken rank
in the July primary in order that Clint Small can
be sent into the run-off as the leading candidate.
They know just as we do here that Clint Small
is a man of moderate means, but he ranks high
in ability, honesty and sincerity of purpose.
Vote For
Small For Governor
These people want to see Small elected, for they
believe that he is the only man who can set back
the professional politicians and keep the state
from being burdened with a staggering bond
issue.
Because of their confidence in Clint Small, be-
cause of the clean life he has led among us, be-
cause of the courageous political service he has
rendered, let’s put our shoulders to the wheel
and leave nothing undone—that can be done
fairly and above board—that will further his
candidacy and the best interest of Texas.

munity by his outstanding public service, and
who, by honest, common sense and untiring
work, has advanced to a place where he is now
one of the leading candidates with practically
a certainty of going into the run-off. Clint
Small has been loyal to West Texas. He has
worked with it and for it for many years. He
has lived a clean cut, responsible and public
spirited life in our midst. He has upheld at all
times those things which made a better, more
wholesome and enlightened community. He
has performed his duty as a citizen in a most
creditable manner and now we have a chance
to show our appreciation.

While it is a certainty that his home community
will give Small the largest majority ever given
any candidate for office, we are not content to
stop there. Wheeler County should give Clint
Small 100 per cent support.
Clint C. Small
Democratic Primary
July 26th
Senator Clint Small is almost as much a citizen
of Wheeler county as if he actually made his
residence here. His parents, Judge and Mrs.
E. H. Small, are pioneer citizens of Shamrock.
He is known to all our people.
It is an honor to vote for Senator Clint Small.
We should be honoring ourselves as well as he.
Therefore, go to the polls Saturday and cast
your vote for him.
