ial Arbor Day, and continuing

Garden Clubs are urging the plant-
ing of pecan trees and asking all
member clubs to sponsor the pecan
planting program The pecan is
the state tree. It grew* well In this

the best grown anywhere

bers. three visitors and Mrs. Short.
A motion was made and carried
that flowers Ice bought, for club
members, their Immediate family
or father or mother, for funeral*.
The program was turned over
to Mrs Short for a demonstration
on Master Mixes.
