IF WE CAN'T
make that watch of yours
go you may as well give it
to the baby to play with, it's
d&ys of service are surely
endtd, and it is a question
with you now of buying a
new oue. You ought to
you the highest grade of
satisfaction. As we said, we
can get all the service out
of a watch that there is in
it down to the last tick, if
you will let us look at it oc-
casionally. And as for uew
watches—well, just take a
look over what we have.
That’s all we ask.
V. A. CROW
prompts you to bring us
your repairing jobs, because
we are in a position to give Fwitli some water-barrels the
child was not seriously injured.

—Our informant got places
mixed last week and had im stat-
ing that it was the Htate Bank
when it should have been the
First National Bank into which
burglars had made an ineffectual
effort to enter. We regret what-
ever annoyance the mistake may
have caused but as both banks
are equipped with burglar proof
vaults it need have occasioned
no one any uneasiness as to the
safety of his deposits.
—“Texas Under Six Flags,”
Prof. Z. A. Hall’s grand histori-
ical play, was given at the Audi-
torium last night for the benefit
of Hondo’s Volunteer Fire De-
partment. A grand street parade
took place in the afternoon and
the play followed in the evening.
We go to press too early to give
a write-up of the play, but else-
where we print a synopsis and the
cast of characters which will give
our readers some idea of its mag-
nitude and beauty.
