MISS KAREN ANNE McGILLICUDDY will wed Christopher Bovett,
announce her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Wisdom McGillicuddy
of 5422 Yarwell. The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray-
mond Victor Bovett of Richmond, Surrey, England. Miss McGilli-
cuddy is a graduate of Westbury High and will graduate from the
University of Houston in January. A former student at Pan-Amer-
ican College in Edinburg, Mr, Bovett attends the University of
Houston where he is captain of the tennis team. The wedding will
be Dec. 27 in Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church.

Rice Slates One Night Film Show
A one-evening film festival,
featuring, nine short movies, will
be shown at 7:30 p.m. Thursday,
Nov. 13, in the Grand Hall of Rice
University Memorial Student
Center.
The film screenings, open to
the public without charge, are
sponsored by the Chapel Lecture
Series.
