■ Faith and Drugs
There may be some conditions that can he cured on
faith alone, but nature furnishes us with drugs that
are intended to he used in assisting nature. It is the
chemical ingredients in wheat that makes bread ben-
eficial to you. Just so, it is the chemical ingredi-
ents in herbs that help nature to overcome disease
in its many forms. When your system calls for
medicines don’t hesitate to take them. Material
assistance is worth a great deal more than imagi-
nary help. Depend on us to give you the exact
drugs that your physician prescribes.
ALLEN BROS.
DRUGGISTS
The following was handed in
by one of our good friends, “for
all it is worth.”
“It is told on an Arkansas far-
mer that lie decided to use some
fertilizer on his farm, something
we don’t have in this country. So
on his trip to town alter grocer-
ies and other supplies he bought
a sack of fertilizer. On his re-
turn home he made the mistake
of putting the flour in the barn
and the fertilizer in the kitchen.
The good wife not noticing the
mistake made some fertilizer bis-
cuits for supper which were eat-
en by the family without anyone
discovering the mistake. The
next morning both the man and
his wiff; had grown about four
inches, the four children were
grown and there were a pair of
twins crying for Castoria.”—

To Spring Buyers
CALOMEL IS UNSAFE.
Local Druggists Who Sell Dodson’s Liver
Tone Guarantee It to Take the
Place of Calomel.
If your liver is not working
just right, you do not need to
take a chance on getting knocked
all out by a dose of calomel. Go
to any druggist who sells Dod-
son’s Liver Tone, and pay 50c
for a large bottle. You will get
a harmless vegetable remedy
that will start your liver without
violence, and if it does not give
complete satisfaction the drug-
gist will refund your money with
a smile.
If you buy a bottle of Dodson’s
Liver Tone for yourself or child-
ren, you have insured your fam-
ily relief from attacks of consti-
pation, biliousness, lazy liver and
headache. It is as beneficial and
safe for children as for adults.
A bottle of Dodson’s Liver Tone
is something every man or wo-
man should keep in the house.
Your money is safe because you
can return the bottle if it fails to
satisfy.
And for the few days preceding EASTER we have planned
the most complete display of New SPRING PUMPS and
OXFORDS in all the popular leathers and new styles we
have attempted in years back.
No woman, in justice to herself or her expendi-
tures, can well afford to overlook the splendid
shopping advantages that may be enjoyed
here, both in the latitude offered for selection
and in the unusual character of the many
different styles and leathers we are offering.
