Parents for the first time are
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Rutledge of
5107 Beech. Their son, Robin Tay-
lor, was born October 22 at Her-
mann Hospital. He weighed eight
pounds and nine ounces.
Mr. and Mrs. Claud F. Ricks of
4425 Verone are announcing the
birth of a son, Claud Muller, who
arrived at St. Joseph’s Infirmary
October 27. The five-pound, 10-
ounce boy has a sister, Glynn Lee,
who is three and a half years
old.
Latest arrival at 4108 Jim West,
where the Harold L. Dobson fam-
j ily lives, is little Laura Yvonne.

Hospital October 29 weighing six

was John Karl Eschmann, first
child of Mr. and Mrs. Karl A.

weighed seven pounds and one-
half ounce on his birthday, Octo-
ber 28. John’s grandmother, Mrs.
E. J. Eschmann, also lives at 4020
Riley.
Second child for Mr. and Mrs.
J. Curtiss Brown is Catherine
Anne, who weighed nine pounds
and three ounces at St. Joseph’s
Infirmary October 27. She has a
one-year-old brother, James Cur-
tiss, Jr. The Browns live at 2708
Wroxton.
An eight-pound boy vras born
to Mr. and Mrs. Louis V. Hall,
Jr. of 6624 Community at the
Houston Osteopathic Clinic Octo-
ber 31. He was named Gary Max.

Garden Club will hold their an-
nual flower show from 2:30 to 5
p. m. today in the home of Mrs.
George T. Morse at 1660 South
Boulevard, according to Mrs. R. C.

publicity chairman.

Presbyterian Group Sets
Business Meeting Tuesday
The Women of St. Andrew’s
Presbyterian Church will hold a
business meeting at 10 a. m. Tues-
day in the church, according to
Mrs. A. A. Druckhammer, presi-
dent.
Originally scheduled for next
Thursday, the meeting date was
moved up two days because of the
Thanksgiving holiday, Mrs. Druck-
hammer said.
