On Tuesday night the Cameron
Catholic Youth Organization went
skating in Temple and on Wednes
day night sponsored a barn dance
at Simon and George Memorial
Hall In honor of Rev. Leonard
Buxkemper.
The group that wont to Temple
was Eddie Joe Pavelak, Evelyn
Vybiral, George Zarosky, Lydia
Krenck, Mray Frances and Bern-
ice Zarosky.
Hay, lanterns, wagon wheels,
and even a buggy carried out the
decor for the dance. Bundles of
hay and nail kegs served as furn-
iture for the “Wall flowers.”
Richard Wilkerson and His
Drifters played while groups of
CYO members from Matak, Cyc-
lone, Westphalia. Bryan and Burl-
ington danced.
The Grand March was led by
Rev. Leonard Buxkemper As
specials a snowball dance and
Paul Jones dances were held.
Refreshments were cookies and
punch. The evening was conclud-
ed at around 10:30.

Valentine’s Day. Feb. 14, and
