Greer, Frank I. Greer, Clarence D.
Greer, Mina O. Seaton, Mary M.
Vierlch, Thomas E. Greer, Stella
Holland, and John A. Greer, and
the defendant Wllllnm C. Greer,
whose residence Is unknown, or the
unknown heirs of William C. Greer

deceased, are each the owners of
sn undivided one-twenty-seoond part
and interest in said laud as being
the only aona and daughters of

iffs alleging that they were seis-
ed and poasemed of the south half of
Section 13, Block K-8 in Deaf
Smith County, Texas, claiming the
same In fee, said McLean and Pit-
man owning the west 220 acres
and said Corbett owning the east
100 acrea. That defendants unlaw-
fully entered In possession of same
and ejected plaintiffs, and with-
hold poeseaalon of same, to plaint-
iff's damage In sum of $10,000.00;
that the annual rental value la
$1,000.00.
That plaintiffs derive title by
patent from the State and by reg-
ular chain of title by deeds, and
that they own the land in fee.
That defendants claim title and
interest In the land by reason of a
vendor's lien securing the payment
of live note* for $088.00 each, dat-
ed April 9th, 1015, due In one to
flve years, described in deed of that
date, recorded In Vol. 42, page 447,
deed records said county, plaintiff
alleging the notes have been paid,
and In the alternative, that if they
have not been jiald they are barred
by the statute of limitations.
Plaintiffs pray for Judgment for
title and possession of the land,
or the writ of restitution, for rents,
damages and costa, that the lien
l)e oanceHed and held for naught,
and for further relief.
