THE WORD
by Pastor Dennis Pollock
“From childhood you have known the Holy
Scriptures, which ore able to make you wise
for salvation through faith which is in Christ
Jesus.
12 Timothy .3:15
Here we find a concise summary of the reason find has given us His word:
salvation through faith in Christ. The word of find always points us to
Jesus For every need of man, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual,
God's answer is always the same -• the Cord Jesus Himself is the answer
When we see the Bible only as a book of success principles, we will always
be disn \ linted. Although the Bible does indeed contain many great prin-
ciples and truths, they will only work in your life as you focus upon Jesus,
who is the truth, and give Him the primary place in your life. The Bible is
not just a book of rules and ‘‘tips" for mankind: it is a revelation of God’s
provision for every need of the human rare, and that provision is found in
our great Savior and Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ!
