July 18, 1929.
To the members elect of Synod's various
Boards and Commissions.
Brethren: -
Enclosed herewith you will find two copies
of a form, one of which is to be carefully filled in
and returned to this office, and the other of which
is intended for the files of your Board or Commission.
The signatures in the first and second group should
be written by each member respectively. The lower
group may be filled in by your Secretary. This in-
formation, in the form in which it is requested, is
necessary in order that we may be in a position bo
honor your vouchers. No payments will be made on
vouchers dated later than July 31, 1929 to or for
any Board or Commission that has not submitted this
form for our files.
2. The rules laid down for the Fiscal Office
require that every voucher shall bear the signature
of two members authorized by the respective Board or
Commission to sign vouchers. In such cases where
the Treasurer of the respective Board or Commission
is the one in whose favor the voucher is drawn, the
Treasurer of the respective Board should not be one
of the two signing the voucher.
Respectfully submitted by
E. SEUEL,
Treasurer.
