Did you know that
Navarro College does not
have a deadline to apply for
financial aid? It is suggested
that students apply early to
be sure that applications are
processed in time to pay tu-
ition, but there is no dead-
line. Students who have not
yet applied for financial aid
at other colleges may have
already missed those dead-
lines, but there is still time
to apply for financial assis-
tance at Navarro College.
"Even though our tuition,
fees and housing are unbe-
lievably low, we have finan-
cial aid programs that help
meet those costs," said Ed
Ephlin, Director of Student
Financial Aid. "Even stu-
dents who have scholarships
may still be eligible for other
financial aid programs."
Ephlin suggests that any-
one who is planning to attend
college should complete the

for Federal Student Aid). Pa-
per applications are available
in the Financial Aid Office
or at the Campus Centers at
Mexia and Waxahachie. Ap-
plications can also be com-
pleted online at
www.fafsa.ed.gov. If anyone
needs help completing the
application, the Navarro Col-
lege staff is available to an-
swer questions. There are
also computers available in
the Office of Financial Aid
to use for the online applica-
tion process.
Please call the Navarro
College Department of Fi-
nancial Aid at (903) 875-

application, or just bring .in
the application and your
most recent tax return, and
our staff will make sure the
application is completed cor-
rectly.
"If someone wants1 to go to
college, but needs financial
assistance," Ephlin said,
"Navarro College can make
it happen."
