Sunday. They were the guests

Sorrells of Ardmore, Okla., and
who are visiting relatives here

Monday afternoon and caught
fish for a big fish fry in their
honor. At about 6:30 a boun-
tioua spread of almost every
thing good to eat as well as the
fish was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs.
Sorrells will leave the last of the
week for Chicago where they
expect to spend about three
months.

You are hereby commanded,
that by making publication of
this Citation in some newspaper
published in the county of Dallas
for 4 consecutive weeks, pre-
vious to the return day hereof
you summon Arch E. McBee,
whose residence is unknown, to
be and appear before the District
Court of the 14th Judicial Dis-
trict of Texas, to be -holden in
and for the County of Dallas at
the court house thereof, in the
city of Dallas, at or befere ten
o’clock a. m., of the Monday next
following the expiration of forty-
two days from the date of this
citation, being Monday, at 10
o’clock a. m., on the 1st day of
June, A. D., 1925, then and
there to answer to the petition of
Minnie T. McBee filed in said
Court on the 14 day of January
A.D., 1925, against the said Arch
E. McBee for suit, said suit being
numbered 55159-A, the nature of
wl?ich demand is as follows, to-
wit: Plaintiff prays judgment for
divorse, restoration of maiden
name, costs of suit, etc., alleging
that they were married Jan. 8th
A. D. 1920, and lived together
until Nov. 1. 1924, that during
their marrien life, defendant
failed to support her, and when
she secured work, defendant ac-
cussed her of familiarity with
other men, that he cursed her
continually abused her and re-
fused to support her, which
said treatment makes their fur-
their living together insupport-
able.
Herein fail not, but have you
then and there before said court
this writ, with your return
thereon showing h»w you have
executed the same.

John McCord spent a couple
of days of this past week with
his brother in Midlothan who is
very ill.
Carroll and Glenn Ratliff of
Sanger are guests of T. J. liars

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Perry of
Dallas were guests of T. E.
