AUSTIN tSexaa. April S. -Austin aeema
to have a permanent reservation on the
bottom berth In the league 'and the erst-
while champions are sadly out of their
element. Dallas took the second game
today with ease score S to i Austin's
p'.aytnc being rank with error. Behind
the bat Braun for Austin was especially
rr making; three errors throwing bad-
to second and passing a number uf
balls. Mlckle was laid up and Gordon
played first Maloney HnrMoore pitched
for the Qlants. both being In good form
throughout their Innings Casey was not
so good In 4he box for Austin but did
well with the stick his three-bagger
scoring Austin's only run. Jack Ryan
a new recruit played short and did good
work. Maloney went In fur Dallas In the
ninth. Moore being rattled.
Austin's performance Unlay was not
enjoyed a little bit by the fans and there
was much dissatisfaction His umps was
several times accused of having a glass
eye. apparently with some Justice as
there were some very doubtful decisions.
