CORN DIPFrances Bounds
1/2 cube butter
1 c. American cheese,
grated
1/2 tsp. salt
6 ears corn (boiled)1/2 c. whipping cream
(whipped)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 /4 tsp. pepperMelt butter in a chafing dish over water pan. Add
whipped cream, grated cheese and seasonings. Stir until
blended and heated. Keep mixture warm so that it does not
harden. Roll hot boiled corn in sauce, turning it until it
is completely coated with the mixture. If sauce thickens,
add a little milk This is "delish" for patio suppers.SHRIMP DIP

Heat 1 can frozen shrimp soup, 1 roll garlic cheese, I
small can mushrooms (stems and pieces), chopped very
fine and 1 small can shrimp, chopped fine. Thin this
mixture to dip consistency with snerry wine (from 1
to 3 Tbsp. ). This is for a party dip with potato chips or

Cut the wafers in half. Melt tae butter in a bowl.
Mix together grated cheese, seasoning, red pepper. Dip
wafers into melted butter, coat with cheese mixture and
place on greased baking tray. Bake in hot oven until
crisp and brown, 5 to 10 minutes.
