BUDAPEST Admiral Nicholas Hor-
tby'. recent of Hungary told the Asso
ciated Press correspondent Sunday that
in his opinion "Europe is on the verge of
other wars which will not be severe but
will repair the injustices and incongrui-
ties of the peace treaty. I am quite sure
that old Hungary will come back again"
