TOKYO (AP) - Seven
U.S. congressmen led by
Sen. J. W. Fulbright, chair-
man of the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee, were
honored yesterday at a ban-
quet in Peking, a Chinese
broadcast said.
The banquet was given by
Chou Chiu-yeh, vice presi-
dent of the Chinese People's
Institute of Foreign Affairs,
the official news agency
Hsinhua said in a broadcast
monitored in Tokyo.
The U.S. congressional
delegation arrived in the
Chinese capital on Monday.
Other members are Sens.
Hubert H. Humphrey, D-
Minn., and Hiram Fong, R-
Hawaii, and Reps. Peter
H.B. Frelinghuysen, R-
N.J.; Clement J. Zablocki,
D-Wis.; William S. Broom-
field, R-Mich., and Barbara
C. Jordan, D-Tex.
